Meadow Ridge Information and Fees:
Meadow Ridge is a private community governed by Covenants and Bylaws. Homeowners in the
development are members of the Meadow Ridge Homeowners' Association and are required to
pay monthly dues. The affairs of the Association are managed by a volunteer, elected Board of
Trustees.

Fees are billed monthly, with payment due by the last day of the month billed.
HOA Dues: $48, billed monthly
Horses stabled at Community Barn: Stall fee $50, Horse Expense $30 (vet check, dewormers, shavings, etc.) Arena reserve $20. Billed monthly
Non-stabled horses, $20 monthly fee for outdoor arena improvements (effective 9//1//2022)
Water: $20 base, plus metered use, billed monthly

Tractor: $25 per hour for personal use* (billed at 1/2 hour increments)
*The HOA-owned tractor and equipment or the dump trailer may be reserved for personal use by contacting a
Board member. A 24-hour advanced notice of intended use of the tractor is requested. A Board member must 'check out' the trailer to the Community Member, who will need to sign the use agreement. The tractor and equipment is for use within Meadow Ridge only. Tractor and equipment must be cleaned and free of debris before putting them away.

​**Please note that the NEW TRACTOR requires new training and certification. Please email the Board to schedule your training. (September 2021)

Composting: Homeowners may put lawn clippings (only) in the manure bunkers; make sure that they are out of
reach of the horses by pushing the clippings back as far as possible in the bunker. Other yard waste is no longer acceptable.

Commercial trash (Waste Management) and yard debris pick-up is on Wednesdays; recycling is every other even week.
